SUMMARY:Screen Printing and Sewing Series
DESCRIPTION:Spend four mornings with instructors Carson Eddy and Carol Ryan to design and make Scandi inspired screen-printed tableware. \nIn this series you will design and make several small screens\, print natural colored linen fabric with an assortment of colored inks including white\, and sew six napkins and a table runner with mitered corners. In addition to making your own screens a variety of pre-made screens in botanical\, floral\, and geometric motifs will be available for your use. Go home with a personalized set of tableware\, step-by-step instructions\, and screens for future use. Registration closes Mar 4. \n**Prerequisite: Fundamentals of Machine Sewing or basic machine sewing experience. \nMinimum Number of Students: 4 \nMaximum Number of Students: 6 \nCost: $175 (+$25 materials fee paid to instructor) \nDates: Four Wednesdays starting Wed Mar 8 (8\, 15\, 22 & 29) (10am -1pm)
