Teen Sewing: Narrative Mending
September 10 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm$45.00
Clothes wear over time, and with narrative mending we can add a chapter to their story. We will be working with various fabric scraps, iron on patches and a rainbow of embroidery flosses to help students express themselves through narrative mending. Students need to bring any denim item such as a jean jacket or jeans. Students will go home with their very own mended piece unique to them!
Narrative Mending Kit: $10 per student. Kit will include needles, embroidery floss, patches and beads.
Minimum Number of Students: 5
Maximum Number of Students: 8
Materials: $10 (payable to the instructor)
