A locally crafted beer designed for the active lifestyle. Join us for a talk about the science of beer. The talk will focus on the ingredients and processes involved in brewing beer and how we at ZēLUS use this knowledge to design interesting beers for the active lifestyle.

There will be a beer tasting to follow for 21 and over.

At ZēLUS, we carefully identify beer styles, develop recipes, adjust water profiles, and keep alcohol content low to produce one of the most hydro-friendly beers (that’s also incredibly tasty!). Named after Zelus, the Greek spirit of competition and rivalry, our craft beer was created for you to enjoy after your zealous endeavors.

Jon Goldstein resides in Weston with his family and their dog. He is a cancer researcher by day, and the brewmaster at ZēLUS Beer Company by night. 

There is a suggested donation of $25 at the door to help support the Weston Art & Innovation Center.
