For that journey to go the distance\, those inner wheels need to be balanced to run smoothly.” – Anodea Judith \nThe concept of the chakras\, energy centers\, dates back over 3\,000 years ago when ancient yogi’s recognized they could be used as a map to health and healing. When your chakras are balanced they bring a sense of vibrant aliveness\, and well-being.  \nJoin Malú Doherty for this two and a half hour workshop that weaves together this ancient system with creative expression. In this class\, you’ll be introduced to the 7 energy centers and their unique characteristics. A brief chakra meditation will help you attune to find balance. They are a universal part of life.  \nJoin Malú Doherty for a fun\, two hour mandala workshop that weaves together the magic of mandalas\, creative expression\, and mindfulness.
