DESCRIPTION:Across three courses\, students will discover authentic Moroccan cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with chef Lamia Mrabet. For the first course\, you’ll learn how to prepare a healthy and refreshing cucumber\, capers. artichoke and herb salad. Then\, dive into an aromatic chicken tagine with preserved lemon and olives. For dessert\, you’ll learn how to prepare a unique and delicious date walnut shake.
