Consider swapping them at our Community Craft Swap! \nDrop off will start on Wed Jan 17 (10am-8pm)\, Thurs Jan 18 (10am-1pm)\, Fri Jan 19 (10am-1pm) and the actual Craft Swap will take place on Sat\, Jan 20th (10am-3pm). \nAll items that remain will be repurposed for programming at the WPL and AIC or donated. \nCost: FREE \nDate: Saturday\, Jan 20 (10am-3pm) \nFAQ: \nDo I have to donate crafts in order to participate in the swap? \nNo\, you will be able to “shop” on Sat\, Jan 20 (10am-3pm) \nI have a couple of small boxes full of random supplies. I don’t have time to sort it all out. Can I just drop it off and be done with it? \nWe gently ask that all donated craft supplies have containers (i.e. please don’t give us a handful of beads\, please bag it or box it)\, and be clean and free of damage. These should be new or gently-used items you would like to find a home. \nHow many craft supplies can I take? \nNo\, there is no limit to the number of free craft supplies you can take with you. The only thing we ask is to please be respectful to other folks who also might be interested in items and to always be kind. \nPlease bring your own bag or bags to take supplies home!

DESCRIPTION:Back by popular demand\, the AIC is hosting another Beatles night! This time\, join us for an immersive multimedia journey into the music and musicianship of the Beatles’ monumental White Album. Go behind the scenes in the recording of this wide-ranging album through sound\, images\, and live musical demonstrations. \nThe Beatles (White Album)\, 1968’s generous and back-to-basics approach turned 180º from the opulent psychedelia of Pepper and Magical Mystery Tour. From “Blackbird” to “Revolution 9\,” the collection of 30 new tracks showcases the band’s growing musicianship in all directions\, just as it demonstrates command over an amazing display of stylistic diversity. \nThe evening will be hosted by multi-instrumentalist and Beatles musicologists Jack Petruzzelli and Cameron Greider\, who have worked with a veritable who’s who of rock and popular music from Patti Smith\, Sara Bareilles\, and Chris Cornell\, to Joan Baez\, Joan Osborne\, and Rufus Wainwright. Their Beatles’ resumes are equally impressive: Jack is a founding member of the world’s premiere Beatles cover band\, the Fab Faux (along with longtime David Letterman bassist Will Lee)\, and Cameron has toured internationally with John Lennon’s son Sean. The two are also founders\, along with Beatles scholar Dr. Walter Everett\, of RPM School\, which teaches interactive courses in the Beatles’ music. \nSpace is limited!
