SUMMARY:Nantucket Bracelet Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Learn to weave a Nantucket Lightship Basket Bracelet with Abby Fisher of Fisher Nantuckets. In this introductory class\, you will learn to hand-weave your own 1/2″ bracelet. The class will be 2.5 hours long and will include time for light refreshments and a brief history of the Nantucket Lightship Basket. At the end of the class\, you will have made your own piece of wearable art! \nThe iconic weaving style of the Nantucket Lightship Basket is native to our shores\, as it began off the coast of Nantucket during the late 1800s. We are proud to continue the tradition and keep this American art form alive. Registration closes June 6. \nMin # of Students: 6 \nMax # of Students: 16 \nPrice: $150 (includes bracelet supplies with Acrylic End Caps  *additional upgraded end caps will be available to purchase at the time of class if you don’t want acrylic.) \nDate: Sat\, June 13 (10am-12:30pm) \nInstructor: Abby Fisher \nJust a friendly reminder that classes which do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements will be canceled.
