DESCRIPTION:This is a crash course in 3D modeling with Tinkercad.  \nIf you love 3D printing and want to learn how to build or customize projects\, Tinkercad is a great beginner-friendly program to start with. And it’s free for anyone to use! \nIn this class\, you will learn the basics of the software and how to go about building and manipulating objects. You will become familiar with the terminology and workflow of building a three-dimensional object that can then be 3D printed. Strategies for 3D modeling will be discussed\, as well as strengths and limitations of this software.  \nYou can bring in a laptop\, or one can be provided. DESCRIPTION:Join our 3-day youth summer series and assemble your own 3D printer!  \nEach student will assemble and calibrate a 3D printer\, which they will take home at the end of the course. Each student will learn to operate the 3D printers and become familiar with free 3D modeling programs. DESCRIPTION:This summer series is all about the fun ways that crafts and creativity intersect with digital technology on a Cricut cutting machine. \nStudents will learn the essentials of vector design as well as explore every aspect of Cricut Design Space. They will have the opportunity to personalize stickers\, decals\, bags\, and cards. They will work on their own Cricut Joy machine\, as well as learning to use the different heat presses that we have at the AIC.  \nTeens will walk away with digital skills that they can use to be endlessly creative or even start a small business. The best part?
