SUMMARY:Drawing Composition: Exploring Image Possibilities
DESCRIPTION:During this six week-long class we will explore how the arrangement of line\, shape\, tonality\, texture and space can contribute to the creation of unique and personal works of art.   \nStarting with direct observation and inquisitive exploration of a range of subjects\, students will create a number of drawings using a variety of technical and conceptual approaches to image making. SUMMARY:Photo Organizing and Editing
DESCRIPTION:Adobe’s Photography Plan\, which includes Photoshop and Lightroom\, is the most popular image editing suite used by professional designers and photographers. You will have assignments to complete after each class to practice the skills covered in each session. Computers with the most recent version of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom will be provided. Lab time at the AIC to complete assignments is included as part of the fee. The workshop is appropriate for those who have never used Photoshop or Lightroom before\, but participants should have basic computer skills such as opening and saving files\, copying and pasting between documents\, and using the right mouse button to select menu commands. \nMinimum Number of Students: 3 \nMaximum Number of Students: 10 \nCost: $200 \nDates: Mar 9\, 10am-12pm (Mar 9\, Mar 16\, Mar 23\, Mar 30\, Apr 6)
