DESCRIPTION:Join Cecily and Abby for this Laser Cut Handbag Workshop! Don’t be concerned if you’ve never used design software or the laser cutter: all levels are welcome. Students will design and construct a handbag using sturdy\, recycled felt\, next students will customize and create the handbag using the laser cutter.  \nStudents will receive a pattern for the handbag that can be customized with a name\, initials or a decorative pattern from our pattern library.  Students will then use one of the AIC’s laptops to use Lightburn design software. Cecily and Abby will help you send the design to the laser cutter and you can see how this amazing machine works!\n\nWe will provide all materials for a $45 fee paid to the instructor the day of class.
