DESCRIPTION:Join us each month for a playful and restorative Neurographic Art workshop designed to spark creativity\, deepen connection\, and invite more joy into everyday life.\n\n\nNeurographic art is a mindful\, intuitive drawing process that combines flowing lines\, shapes\, and color to help quiet your Inner Art Jerk and awaken creative flow. No art experience is needed — only curiosity and a willingness to explore. \nTogether\, we’ll slow down\, experiment freely\, and create in a supportive\, welcoming space where process is everything and perfection is irrelevant. Through simple guided exercises\, participants are invited to relax\, play\, trust intuition\, and discover unexpected insights through art making. Registration closes Nov 10. \nEach gathering offers an opportunity to:\n• reconnect with creativity in a low-pressure way\n• practice mindfulness through drawing and color\n• cultivate self-expression and imagination\n• experience the joy of making art in community\n• embrace curiosity\, spontaneity\, and “not knowing” \nCome as you are. Leave feeling calmer\, more inspired\, and more connected — to yourself and to others. \n\n\nMin # of Student: 4 \nMaximum # of Students: 12 \nCost: $45 (materials included) \nDate: Friday\, Nov 13 (10am-12pm) \nInstructor: Liz Heichelbech \n  \nJust a friendly reminder that classes which do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements will be canceled.
