Join our 4 day teen summer series and build your own 3D printer!
Students will learn the principles of digital fabrication, 3D scanning, and be introduced to 3D modeling. They will understand how this technology works, what its limitations are, and how to troubleshoot printing failures.
Each student will assemble and calibrate a 3D printer, which they will take home at the end of the course. Each student will learn to operate the 3D printers and the Einscan-SE 3D scanner. Students will become familiar with multiple free 3D modeling programs. All materials included! Registration closes July 7.
This class is open for those entering 6th-12th grade.
