    May I serve alcohol?

Yes, you are welcome to serve alcohol. The AIC is a municipal building and therefore abides by the Town’s alcohol policy. What if I have to cancel my event or if there is a snow emergency?

Within the 14 day period before the day of your event, there are no refunds. In the event of an emergency weather-related cancellation, we can reschedule your event for another day.

The Art & Innovation Center observes the snow-related schedule of the Weston Public Library. In general, if the Weston schools close or have a delay, the Library will also. If your rental is scheduled for the evening of a ‘snow event’, we will work with you to monitor the condition of the streets and open the building to host your event as scheduled.
