    May I serve alcohol?

Yes, you are welcome to serve alcohol. The AIC is a municipal building and therefore abides by the Town’s alcohol policy. Click here to download the license application. As part of the application, you will need to submit a floorplan indicating where in the building the alcohol will be available.

Police detail is recommended for events where alcohol is served. The renter is responsible for arranging the police detail. Contact the Weston Police at 781-786-6201. I am a Weston resident or represent a non-profit, may I get a discount?

Weston residents and Weston non-profits (501c3 or 501c4) are entitled to a 15% discount subject to presentation of satisfactory evidence of either at the time of booking. Note that no discounts apply on designated Special Days, including: graduation days for schools located within Weston, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Patriot’s Day, Thanksgiving long weekend, and New Year’s Eve.

What if I have to cancel my event or if there is a snow emergency?

Within the 14 day period before the day of your event, there are no refunds. In the event of an emergency weather-related cancellation, we can reschedule your event for another day.

The Art & Innovation Center observes the snow-related schedule of the Weston Public Library. In general, if the Weston schools close or have a delay, the Library will also. If your rental is scheduled for the evening of a ‘snow event’, we will work with you to monitor the condition of the streets and open the building to host your event as scheduled.
