You can make modern, fun jewelry and accessories with the help of a laser cutter. This introductory course on laser cutting is great for beginners as well as those who have completed certification but are looking for a little practice.

You’ll choose both materials and patterns to customize your laser cut jewelry. There will even be paint and findings to complete your exploration of this technology!

In this class, you will learn how to safely operate a laser cutter to cut and engrave wood. You will be introduced to Lightburn software and create customized jewelry to bring home with you. 

Certified individuals will be permitted to use the laser cutter during maker hours with supervision.

Prerequisite: Must be 16 or older.
