“Each persons’s life is like a mandala – a vast, limitless circle. We stand in the center of our own circle and everything we see, hear, think forms the mandala of our life.”~ Pema Chodron
The circle is the first primal form and said to be the container for something to be born in. The mandala circle represents unity, wholeness and harmony. From its center, life energy radiates outward. Mandala formations are ancient, geometry that continue to be found all around us. They are a universal part of life.
Join Malú Doherty for a fun, two hour mandala workshop that weaves together the magic of mandalas, creative expression, and mindfulness.
