Join printmaking instructor Carol Ryan to learn how to make colorful landscape prints using pochoir, a stencil based art technique. Pochior is know for its bold shapes and vibrant colors, created by applying ink through hand-cut stencils. No printmaking experience required.  Registration closes Sept 8.

In this workshop :

-Learn the basics of Pochoir

-Create stencils inspired by landscapes

-Print using brushes and sponges to apply ink

-Layer colors to create several finished prints on printmakers paper

Minimum # of Students: 3

Maximum # of Students: 6

Cost: $85 (plus a $30 materials fee paid to instructor)

Date: Two Thursdays, Starting Sept 11 & 18 (10am-1pm)
