Cecily received her MBA from Boston University, with a concentration in finance. She subsequently worked in the financial software industry designing components of various fixed income, FX and front office trading systems for large banks and brokerages. She managed a team of 25 developers and product managers in the last two companies she worked for before transitioning to the non-profit world.
