Drop out of your mind and into your body in this 60 minute meditation + breathwork class led by Sabrina Palazzo and Source Method Breathwork!
Source Method Breathwork combines a 3-part breathing technique with modern music, specialized guidance, and deep visioning to help you quiet your busy mind, release what doesn’t serve you, and re-connect you to you. Regardless if it’s your first or 50th experience with the breath, you can expect to leave class feeling lighter, more connected, open, and clear!
Class will begin with an overview of the technique + what to expect. Then, you’ll be guided through a mini-meditation designed to help you relax and o p e n, followed by a guided breathwork session to a great playlist.
*Please bring with you a yoga mat or towel & wear clothes you can breathe in.
