Tuesday Evening Series: 7 Classes

Ready to paint beyond the basics? This project-based intermediate watercolor class is designed for students who have completed a Beginner Watercolor Painting Series and are comfortable with core techniques. Instructor Sally Meding will guide you as you grow your skills one painting at a time — with every technique reviewed as you need it, and one-on-one attention throughout each session.

What you’ll learn: The projects will include subjects such as fruit and vegetables, flowers that are not too complex, landscapes with a tree or a barn, seascapes with a boat or a lighthouse, a leaf and a bird or animal. All the line drawings for each project will be provided for tracing or freehand drawing. Live demonstrations of each step in the painting process (including color mixing) will be provided. In addition, one-on-one instruction is provided continually during class.

Prerequisite: Beginner Watercolor Painting
