Craft: Gemstone Macrame Bracelet
April 8, 2027 @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
$50.00
Thursday Morning Workshop
Knot, slide, and sparkle — make an adjustable gemstone bracelet you’ll want to wear every day. Guided by instructor Carson Eddy, you’ll learn a classic macrame knotting technique. Choose from smooth or faceted gemstone beads and colorful knotting cord, then go home with your finished adjustable bracelet and step-by-step instructions to make more.
Limited seats available. Registration closes April 6.
You’ll start by picking the gemstones and cord colors, then work knot by knot to build your bracelet, adding beads as you go and finishing with an adjustable closure that slides to fit. Tools are provided during class and are also available for independent use during Open Maker Hours, so you can keep knotting after class ends.
What you’ll learn in this macrame class:
- Tying consistent, even foundational macrame knots
- Choosing bead and cord combinations for a balanced design
- Creating an adjustable sliding closure
- Finishing and securing cord ends for a durable bracelet
