Friday Morning Workshop

Bring a touch of whimsy to your holiday decorating! In this beginner-friendly, hands-on sewing class, you will learn how to create adorable velvet mushroom ornaments using luxurious fabrics, beads, and embellishments— a perfect seasonal DIY project. This workshop is fun to take with friends to celebrate the season.

Join instructor Carosn Eddy and craft your own charming mushroom that doubles as a hanging tree ornament or a decorative accent for seasonal vignettes and holiday displays. All materials are provided, including an assortment of hand-dyed silk velvet and wool felt in various colors, as well as colorful beads, cord, and embellishments to bring your mushrooms to life.

What you’ll take home:

• Your beaded mushroom ornament
• Patterns so you can recreate this project again
• Step-by-step instructions for making more at home
