Contemporary appliqué provides an opportunity to explore a meditative approach to fiber art. In this two-session class, you will create your unique hand-sewn bird motif on a linen background. This appliqué project is intricate yet delicate, showcasing layers of hand-sewn fabrics. Please bring reading glasses if needed, along with any fabric scraps that inspire you. All tools and materials, including fabrics, will be supplied. Registration closes Sept 14.
