Put your selfies to good use, have fun creating a fabric rendition of you or a loved one’s image!

Choose solid and printed fabric to build an outline and base, then we will use a variety of thread, floss, paint and inks to create depth. Hand and machine embroidery techniques add texture and define details. Final embellishments add whimsy and balance to your composition. Your completed portrait will be mounted on a wooden frame. Please note required: a selfie or portrait emailed to the instructor in advance. Reminder materials fee paid to instructor day of class. Registration closes Oct 11.
