In this engaging felting workshop, you’ll master two essential fiber-art techniques while exploring your creativity. As you work you’ll discover how simple wool transforms into beautiful, textured beads through dry and wet felting methods. Next, you’ll string your finished beads into custom garlands — ideal for seasonal décor, gifts, or brightening any room. Whether you’re new to fiber arts or expanding your crafting skills, you’ll leave with finished pieces and the confidence to felt again at home.
What You’ll Learn:
- Dry felting fundamentals — how to shape and compact wool into beads
- Wet felting techniques — working with water and soap to strengthen and finish beads
- Color mixing and design — combining wool colors for vibrant, unique pieces
- Stringing and assembly — professional finishing techniques for garlands
