Instructor: Elizabeth Stubbs is a felt artist living and working in Nahant, Massachusetts. She has a BFA from Boston University School for the Arts in painting, and has spent many years as a fine artist, illustrator, and teacher. She also holds a MEd from Antioch University in Early Childhood with a Waldorf certificate. It was during this teacher training that she was first exposed to the art of felt making and has been making felt for over 20 years. She teaches felt making classes and workshops in the greater Boston area.
Join felt artist and teacher Elizabeth Stubbs in making a sweet mobile with several honey bees. Students will be using needle-felting and sewing construction techniques to complete this project. There will be a materials fee ($15 payable to the instructor directly) for a kit that will include all the materials you need for class! Registration closes Wed, May 11.
