Fiber Art: Weave a Tote Bag
March 20, 2027 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
$95.00
Saturday One-Day Workshop
Join instructor Dahlia Popovitz for a relaxed, hands-on day of weaving. First, you’ll sit down at a pre-set rigid heddle loom, so you can start right away. Afterward, Dahlia finishes your tote at her studio and ships it straight to you within a week.
Limited seats available. Registration closes March 17.
During class, you’ll weave the fabric for your tote. You’ll work with repurposed cotton fabric strips and a wide selection of quality yarns. As you go, you’ll mix colors, patterns, and textures into a design that’s all your own. Because Dahlia sets up the loom ahead of time, you can spend the whole day on the fun part. Row by row, you’ll watch your bag take shape. Once you finish weaving, Dahlia takes your fabric back to her studio. There, she adds the handles, shapes the bag, and ships it to your door. Whether you’ve never touched a loom or already love fiber arts, just bring your curiosity and your sense of style.
