Unleash your creativity with the vibrant world of oil pastels! In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the rich, expressive medium of oil pastels and learn how to blend, layer, and create stunning artwork. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, this class is designed to guide you through the basics of oil pastel techniques and help you develop your own unique style. Registration closes Mar 8.
What Students will Learn:
Introduction to Oil Pastels: Understand the unique properties of oil pastels, including how they differ from traditional pastels and other painting mediums.
Basic Techniques: Learn how to apply, blend, and layer oil pastels to create depth, texture, and vibrant color in your artwork.
Minimum # of Students: 4
Maximum # of Students: 8
Cost: $85 (plus cost of materials)
Date: Three Wednesdays starting Wed, Mar 11 (Mar 11, Mar 18 & Mar 25) (10am-12:30pm)
