Events at the Art & Innovation Center

Rent the entire Art & Innovation Center as your private venue from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. The Reading Room, which holds up to 49 people, provides you with conference tables or round tables, a 13’ screen with projector, podium, built-in speaker system, as well as free WiFi. The adjoining conference room is useful as a buffet station for smaller meals or as a staging area if you need to prepare for your event or store materials during the day.

Renting the Reading Room and Conference Room includes the following:

  • Use of the 25′ x 44′ Reading Room from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • Six 6-foot round tables and 48 chairs
  • Six 6-foot rectangular buffet/bar tables
  • Podium
  • Flexible additional private room (for break-out meetings, coffee station, storage area, etc.)
  • Polycom auto-adjusting camera for remote participation via zoom; 13’ screen in room
  • Wheelchair accessible restrooms
  • Elevator access to rear entrance and additional studio space
  • Open air patio (20′ x 30′)
  • Free Wifi
  • Build in speaker system (Reading Room only)
  • Flameless tapers and pillar candles
  • Exclusive use of building
  • Central air conditioning
  • Supervision on-site throughout

While not included, the AIC can provide you with a resource list to help you arrange for the following to make your event complete:

Rental Fees

Full day site rental fee: $2,000.00.  Alternatively, rooms are available in blocks of  time ranging from $450 to $900 per block. Rental hours from 10am-10pm inclusive of set up and break down times. Additional hours are available between 7-10am @$40/hr. Prices are current through 12/31/2024.
