Rent the entire Art & Innovation Center as your private venue from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. The Wedding & Private Event Bundle centers on the historic Reading Room, which holds up to 49 people, the adjoining conference room, which can serve as the couple’s prep area or dressing room, and the large studio on the same floor, which can accommodate buffet tables or serve as a staging area for caterers, musicians, photographers, etc.
Weddings & Private Events include the following:
- Use of the 25′ x 44′ Reading Room from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Six 6-foot round tables and 48 chairs
- Six 6-foot rectangular buffet/bar tables
- Flameless tapers, votives, and pillar candles
- Podium
- Flexible additional private room (for prep, dressing room, storage, etc.)
- Polycom auto-adjusting camera for remote participation via zoom: 13′ screen in room
- Wheelchair accessible restrooms
- Elevator access to rear entrance and additional studio space
- Open air patio (20′ x 30′)
- Free Wifi
- Built-in speaker system (Reading Room only)
- Exclusive use of building
- Central air conditioning
- Supervision on-site throughout
Host your wedding or private event at the AIC
Make Your Wedding or Private Event Complete
While not included, the AIC can provide you with a resource list to help you arrange for the following to make your wedding complete:
- Linens
- Tent Rental
- Photographer
- Caterer
- Musicians or DJ
- Servers, including bartenders
- Valet
Rental Fees
Full day site rental fee: $2500.00. Alternatively, rooms are available in blocks of time ranging from $550-$1000 per block. Rental hours from 10am-10pm inclusive of set up and break down times. Additional hours are available between 7-10am @$45/hr. Prices are current through 12/31/2026.
