Aida Arain-Alam is a member of the Weston community who is a former management consultant, and teacher turned hobby baker. An avid baker since the age of seven when she made her first birthday cake, Aida is a self-taught cookie decorator who has been making and donating decorated cookies since becoming a stay-at-home parent over a decade ago. As the Bake Sale Co-Chair for the Friends of the Weston Public Library, you may have seen her creations or even purchased a few of them at one of the many FWPL bake sales. In this class, you will learn the basics techniques of using royal icing to create four different fall-themed designs.
