Wednesday Evening Workshop

Create a custom rubber stamp and get certified to use the AIC’s laser cutter. In this class, participants will learn safe laser cutter operation and gain experience using LightBurn software to prepare and engrave a personalized rubber stamp. Students should come prepared with a simple silhouette image or stamp idea, or several pre-made templates will also be available.

This class is suitable for both beginners seeking certification and previously certified users interested in creating a custom stamp. Upon completion of this class and after demonstrating proficiency, students will be permitted to use the Laser Cutter independently. This access is available during Open Maker Hours or by making a Tech Appointment.

Prerequisites: Must be 16 or older to operate the laser cutter.
