Thursday Morning Workshop
Repair & Reimagine Your Clothing Artistically! Do you have moth-eaten sweaters, frayed socks, or ripped jeans hanging in your closet? Instead of tossing them out, transform them into something beautiful. Join visible mending instructor Mariko Sugimori for a flexible, hands-on Visible Mending Workshop where you’ll learn to repair and artistically restore clothing you already love. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned stitcher, this clothing repair class welcomes all skill levels.
Limited seats available. Registration closes October 5.
Bring a worn or damaged item from home to work on — and if you don’t have one, no worries. We’ll provide a fabric square so everyone can dive right in and start practicing. All mending tools and materials are included, so just show up ready to create.

- Foundational visible mending techniques for everyday clothing repair
- How to turn tears, holes, and wear into intentional, artistic design
