Needle-felting is fun and easy to learn. We will create a cheery little red squirrel while learning basic needle-felting techniques. All materials will be supplied. Supplies can be picked up at the AIC office a few days before the start of the class, or mailed for an additional fee. Materials fee is $30, to be paid directly to the instructor. Registration closes Jan 14.

Instructor: Elizabeth Stubbs is a felt artist living and working in Nahant, Massachusetts. She has a BFA from Boston University School for the Arts in painting, and has spent many years as a fine artist, illustrator, and teacher. She also holds a MEd from Antioch University in Early Childhood with a Waldorf certificate. It was during this teacher training that she was first exposed to the art of felt making and has been making felt for over 20 years. She teaches felt making classes and workshops in the greater Boston area.
