Join us for this fun and informative Sewing Certification class and make a Drawstring Gift Pouch to keep or gift. This class will introduce you to the AIC sewing machines, tools, and equipment available in the maker space. You will learn the fundamentals of machine operation, including machine setup, threading, bobbin winding, and selecting the appropriate stitch. Upon completing this class, you will be certified to use the AIC sewing machines independently during Open Maker Hours. No machine sewing experience is required, but you will gain sewing experience by making a Drawstring Gift Pouch. A variety of fabrics and threads will be available for selection. Registration Closes Dec 17.
