Two Session Workshop: Modern Hexagon Trivet
January 15, 2026 @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until January 15, 2026
Working with hexagons presents an opportunity to explore a modern twist on the classic English Paper Piecing quilting technique. In this two-session intermediate sewing workshop, you will create your own unique collection of hexagons and quilt them to a linen background. This quilted textile piece will then be made into a trivet. Please feel free to bring any quilting cotton fabric scraps that inspire you. All tools and materials, including assorted color-themed fabrics, will be provided. Registration closes Jan 5.
Sewing Certification, or the ability to thread a sewing machine and
wind a bobbin, is required.
